I've been using them constantly for about 1 month now. Here's a brief assessment: + the Creative Outlier Sports are a solid, no-frills product: they give you about 8 to 9 hours of clear and loud music (should you choose so) + used them for biking, running, gym and, yes, sauna + the sound is loud and on the bassy side: it can easily cover the music playing at the gym so if you like getting lost in your own portable sound bubble, these earbuds are for you. you'll be in for a rude awakening if they switch off when the battery runs out. + battery life is solid: you need sth in the vicinity of 2-3 charges a week. At least 8 hours battery life is guaranteed (not sure about 11 hours though). + very good connectivity: on power up they instantly connect to the last device they've been paired to. They also have a solid range. No problems or interuptions within a 10-12 m radius. + they are also very discreet: you hear a short female voice that says "Connected" or "Disconnected" with a good British accent. When the battery is low there's a short musical tone that repeats at regular intervals while the music fades. This tone repeats for about 5 minutes then the earbuds switch off. - this is also my biggest woe with them: you can never know how much battery you have left. When you start hearing the tone, it's already too late, they will die on you in the following 5 minutes. There's no companion app to help you. Or you could charge them pre-emtively, which I don't do. - another BIG minus: the microphone. Paired them with a mac and an android phone. you'll be constantly getting lots of what? say that again! the background noise is too high, and speak up please, your voice is too low. No deal breaker for me, but if conference calls are your thing or you intend to use them heavily as a phone handsfree device, then they are a no-no. Overall rating: 4 out of 5 stars because they do their primary job admirably for the money.
