My order was changed, because one item was not available and that caused a bit of a prpblem with the delivery date, but after writing an email, the problem was sorted really quickly and the response was good. If not for the fact, that I had to write first to get the process started, I would have gave you 5 stars, because everything else, especially the team that answers emails were quick to answer and helped alot

Difficult to return items. It's expensive to send these back all the way to Slovakia. The helmets only had one year of use left. That's a lot of money for such a short time.

The package was carefully packed and all items arrived in good condition. There was however no time to check the package from the outside as requested, because the driver left immediately. To give the customer just one minute to check the package is something that could be improved.

Everything was carefully packed. I am really satisfied about this store. It's not expensive (prices are the same as Music Store in Germany). It's really convenient to be able to find something when it's sold out anywhere else.
