The Fender Vintera '60s Vintage Stratocaster Pickup Set is a factory-authorized SSS pickup set engineered to reproduce the crystalline, bell-like voice that defined mid-1960s Stratocasters. Non-beveled Alnico 5 magnets and enamel-coated magnet wire deliver a tight, focused character suited to blues, classic rock, and Hendrix-style lead work.

The reverse-wound/reverse-polarity (RWRP) middle pickup cancels 60-cycle hum in switch positions 2 and 4. Each pickup is wound and calibrated individually for its slot, and staggered unbeveled pole pieces preserve the original '60s magnet stagger for balanced output.
